Scanning issues

this is re-post of my earlier post -this is driving me crazy....


I have a Brother MFC-7420 which was working fine; until I had to re-install Windows XP.

The windows install went fine and XP is up to date.

The MFC prints and faxes ok but I cannot get the scanner to work.

I have tried downloading install programs from the Brother website but none work; the lastest was a program called BRAdmin Professional - it cannot find the MFC at all.

The issue seems to be that there is no TWAIN driver installed, which I have not figured out how to do.

I have seen some similar past posts on here but none seem to help; anyone out there have any ideas?

Run the full driver package (first one listed) or just the driver (at the bottom of the page)
