Is there a good scanning software package out there for organizing scanned documents and receipts ?

If you're asking for something on the phone, and you're on android, there are a lot to find off the Play Store .if it's a desktop platform you're looking for and you're working with a scanner, then you should be able to source the necessary drivers/utilities from your scanner's support site. I personally use Adobe's Acrobat DC but you can use this list as well.
