Hi,
Ryzen 5 1600 @3.7.
B350m Mortar.
16gb Corasir.
Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super.
Corsair RM650X.
Monitor: 27" 1440p 144hz.
Games played: World of Tanks, Witcher 3, Destiny 2.
Recently replaced my 1080 with a rtx 2070.
Reason being my 1080 died......warranty no good cos i had kraken g12 on it.
Now, the 1080 began making a slight buzzing noise under high fps, but i thought nothing of it and kept going. The buzzing became worse and in the end I ended up with game crashes and green lines and a death. Its with Asus now to see if they will do anything with it.
My new rtx 2070 super has begun doing the same buzzing. Gigabyte say this is normal but I have my fears that the same thing is happening as my 1080.
Should I begin swapping pats out to see if it is the PSU/moboard or just sit back and relax?
Thanks for listening.
M
