Scared to buy ram

Specs:
Mobo Gigabyte 970A-ds3p
Cpu: fx 8350
Ram: 2x4 gb ddr3 1866 Corsair Vengeance

Was wondering If i could buy a 2x4gb 1600 mhz ram and be safe kind of a scrub and would love to learn thanks!!

1600 MHz RAM Is completely compatible with the motherboard.

In the future if you aren't sure have a look on the manufactures website, there is normally a compatibility list.
