[SOLVED] Scarlett Solo disconnects keyboard ?

Hi I'm having this issue where the audio through my Scarlett Solo audio interface keeps crackling especially when on web browser. It also causes my keyboard to constantly disconnect which makes it really difficult to type.

I have tried unplugging and change the usb port it is plugged into.
It also continues to happen when the audio interface is plugged in but headphones are not.

Any ideas?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Interface is USB powered directly via the host computer's USB port - correct?

Try using an independently powered external USB hub.

The host computer may be unable to provide sufficient USB power to keep it all working.

I would also update drivers from Focusrite.

I have since updated the Focusrite drivers, updated the BIOS and uninstall the Nvidia Sound Drivers and the issue has went away.
