Scatching-static noise while under heavy load

Hey guys I've been having this issue for a few weeks now It mostly happens while I'm loading webpages the longer it takes to load the longer the scratching happens from my TV and aheadset+earbuds but if I restart/close my pc it wont happen at all for a few hours...

Today I noticed that while I was loading an fm 16 save I got the same noise because my cpu spikes a bit when I load a game...I have no idea what causes it I've updated all my drivers after I first heard the noise and I've used 3 different (tv headset earbuds) all make the same noise again mostly while Im loading a website I really hope someone can help me fix this because its getting really annoying 🙁

I'm really starting to think that the problem might be related to Windows, but to be certain, did your motherboard come with any installation disks? It would be weird that the problem only appeared now, but it could be one of the options. If it did, you should look on it for any...

So the noise comes from the TV/Headset? Are you using a sound card or the motherboard's integrated sound jacks? If you're using a sound card, it might have a driver issue and if you're using the motherboard's basic sound plugs, they might either need a driver update or simply be busted, as they are often of quite low quality. If the noise was coming from your computer case, I'd suggest the PSU might be the problem, since it's a fairly low quality one, but that can't really be the issue there.

Since it's about noise coming out of external sources, it's almost certainly a software issue. If you have a can of compressed air, you could try removing any dust from the 3.5mm jack, but if it doesn't work, you'll really have to check all your drivers.

If you're not already, adding a sound card would improve both the quality and the reliability of the sound coming from your computer.

I've been using a usb-> 3.5mm adapter from an old headset thats connected on my dell u2311h thats where I plug the earbuds and the new headset but Ive used the ports from the motherboard and the noise didnt go away.Also I dont have a sound card

Im also entirely sure its a software issue also because the sound stops after a restart but I've already updated my drivers are there any drivers i should download manually again or should I do something else ?

The reason why I think it may be related to Windows is that your TV also showed the same issue and I would bet it's connected to your GTX760 HDMI port, and that card has internal audio input for HDMI.

If you don't have the CD, here's the list of drivers for your motherboard, http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z97%20Pro3/?cat=Download

Simply select the right OS and download the latest audio drivers recommended by ASROCK.

Tell me if you see any differences.

Yeah it did I've been using it for almost a year but the problem started 3-4weeks ago never had any problem before this.Yes I'm using the hdmi to connect my tv.Thank you downloading the drivers and will see what happens might take a few hours
