[SOLVED] School me on ram for my 5900x

So I currently went from a ryzen 3700x to a 5900x

I am currently running 32gb gskill with the specs listed
Ddr4 3600 (pc4 28800)
18-22-22-42
CasL 18

I’m looking to replace this current ram with something faster... in terms of timings what should I be looking at... honestly all the numbers can get overwhelming esp reading multiple articles... what I have come down to know is casL 16 is a sweet spot, but the timings and how “tight” they are gets confusing...

I’m looking at 2 sticks which are ryzen compatible, which would be ideal for the 5900x

Ddr4 3200 (pc4 25600)
16-18-18-38
CasL 16

Or

Ddr4 3600 (pc28800)
16-19-19-39
CasL 16

Maybe in like layman terms explanation why which is better... to help also educate me... as I would obviously like to learn why.

thanks!

Solution
Your existing ram is perfect for the 5900X
3600mhz at CL16 is literally the perfect combination of both frequency and cas latency timings imo
No point in paying 300$ for a 4000mhz + cl16 kit in my opinion.
