Rosemary.

From: http://www.cincypost.com/2004/12/18/rosemary121804.html

The most noteworthy plant tales involve the Holy Family fleeing to
Egypt after Herod's edict to kill all infant boys. On that journey,
Mary may have dried newly washed swaddling clothes on the branches of
a plant. She may have rested beneath its shade. Its fruit could have
fed her traveling family. Some plants are doomed to shame because they
could offer her no benefit at all.

Rosemary, the popular culinary herb, can reach 6 feet tall in its
natural (Mediterranean) habitat, where it falls into two of these
legends.

One account states that after washing her blue cloak she spread it to
dry on branches of rosemary plants. Another tale says she spread her
cloak over rosemary to create shade for baby Jesus. Either way, the
honor turned the plant's formerly white flowers to Marian blue, with
the added blessing of rich, piney fragrance. (This very same story, by
the way, is applied to the origins of lavender's blue flowers as
well.)
