Successfully purchased an EVGA 3060ti FTW from Best buy which I'll pick up on Friday for $527.49

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hkCcVc Is where I'm currently at; figure I can add more ram/storage in the future.

Does anyone have and dislike that cooler? It's so cheap and I like saving a buck but see some minor review complaints about noise from the pump/fans.
Any other thoughts? :)

I use that cooler with a Xeon 2235 CPU, and it is astonishingly good for the price. Even under intentional load testing I've rarely seen it over 65C. There might be other better coolers, but for the price this is a very good cooler.
