Scraped off small component in Motheboard! :(

While trying to install my GFX card, the end of the card (HUGE 980Ti) scraped off a small component in my MSI Z170A Gaming Pro. I'm in panic mode at the moment--- the weird thing is the PC seems to function still. What did I just break (see attached pictures) and should I return it to the store for a new mobo?

That appears to be a resister, and with it gone it could cause an overvoltage, i do not know for sure as i am not an electrical engineer...
