Scraping case fan

OK so last month I got a cooler master 240 for my CPU. Everything was fine till today when I heard a horrific grinding noise. Thought it was the GPU at first turned out it was one of the fans attached to the radiator. So when I spin the blades manually when its standing up it grinds like the blades are hitting of the side then grinds to a halt and lying sticker side down it spins like there's something jammed in the fan and barley moves at all. I even tested the other fan and it's fine spins held in all directions so is there a way to fix the fan or is it borked? Thanks

Looks like you need to replace the fan. It's not worth trying to repair.
