Scratch my motherboard while testing the vga on pci express number 2

Hi guys. My videocard was presenting some problems, so I decided to test it on the second pci-express, when i removed it after the test, it scratched the mobo. Am I in trouble?

PC turns on, didn't notice any problems. Tha'ts the isolated sound PCB of the Asus z170 pro gaming. Nothing happenned with the sound as well. Can't test it in heavy games because my videocard is dead and my spare HD6870 isn't really good for that.
