Question Scratch on back of motherboard.

Hey all, I was recently installing my new mobo and had to move it a little due to alignment, but I didn't notice the middle standoff sticking out. Will it cause problem if I run this PC with that scratch?

It looks like a surface smudge.
I don't think there is damage done to the motherboard.
Motherboard are resilient, just be careful with other components (CPU pins, CPU sockets, etc) that might not be as strong.
