Picture does look like no traces are broken so that's lucky. I'd just re-assemble and put it back in service It's either good, or not, if it's not you'll find out soon because those traces are leading to memory. But if appearances don't lie I think you'll be OK.

What to do?...hmmm....maybe more careful in the future :) . If you're obsessive about bare copper you could carefully clean the area with isopropyl alcohol and then coat it with some clear finger nail polish.
