I had just gotten x2 4GB G Skill Ripjaws to add to my previous 2 that I had purchased, same make and model. I worked fine with the heatsinks on and everything, but I took off the heatsinks off because my aftermarket cpu cooler was in the way of them. But after doing so I noticed that 2 of my rams weren't working, and that I had scratched the gold connection part on both of them. Would I be able to fix them or am I screwed?

That's more than just a scratch. That's a gouge into the PCB across 3 contacts on one side. Those contacts are 'making contact' with each other. If you were somehow able to separate the contacts they 'may' work as long as no further PCB layers were damaged.
Truthfully though, you're playing roulette with your MB by testing the damaged RAM. If it were me, I wouldn't risk it.
