Question Scratched CPU - possible damage?

Hello. Is it feasible to do any damage to CPU by scratching its top side with screw driver or knife assuming the tool made visible scratches at most without puncturing anything or altering pins?

Unlikely. Be more careful next time. It will affect the CPU's resale value.
