[SOLVED] Scratched my motherboard, how bad is it?

Solution
If it was a car, you scratched the clear coat on the paint job. From the looks of it you didn't even make it into the second coat, never mind the paint underneath.

Definitely looks superficial, cosmetic only. It's not on a high heat area, a little dab of clear nail polish would work if it bothers you that much, but honestly I don't see the need for anything more.

unless you damaged a transistor or broke something off it shouldn't matter.
it appears to be just aesthetic damage in the image.

trying to return it may result in them charging you shipping and for a replacement considering that it is damage caused by the owner.

Would u do anything to repair it or is it fine as is?
