Scratched the bottom of my motherboard, USB overcurrent error (MSI Z97 GAMING 9)

Hi,

Unfortunately I had scratched the bottom of my motherboard while I was taking a tight screw out.

I'm now getting the "USB device causing overcurrent" error msg when I boot up but I have troubleshooted everything else that's related to that and have come to conclusion that it's the scratch causing this problem

Is there any way to fix this? Pic below

If you can see the broken trace (s), you can repair it with a conductive pen etc and then a little nail polish.

I have no idea if those pads were populated with chips or not, and besides that those scratches are deep and may go through more than the one layer... I'm going to say this is NOT an item a non pro can repair.
