Screan tearing that wasnt happening before

I have a lenovo z50-70 laptop. On cs go i have around 100 fps but i have screen tearing that really pisses me of to the point of not wanting to play. Vsync completely fixes the tearing, but the input lag makes it impossible to play. Capping the fps manualy to 60 or 59 using msi afterburner or ingame console makes the tearing even worse, like 2x worse. Reinstalled windows, updated drivers using geforce experience, nothing works. PLEASE HELP

That's just a side effect of 60Hz monitors. There's really not much to be done about it, I'm afraid.
