Screeching , Grinding pc noise

hi guys i just got home and went to switch on my pc when i heard this grinding noise coming from my pc it sounds like a dying hard drive i have a link here to examine it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aSIHKtRPnt4.

if you think its the fan well i dont really know what it is you cant really hear it that well in the video but try and tell me.

Make a paper tube and use it as a stethoscope to locate the source of the sound.

Likely it is a fan touching a cable.

If it is the hard drive, then it is time to replace it.
Take this as an opportune time to switch to a ssd.

sounds like either a bad fan or a cable in a fan
