Screeching Noise from PC

I recently built a new PC (5280k,Gigabyte 970, HX850). I noticed that only under load, both using Heaven benchmark and in games such as CS:GO, there is a high pitched screeching noise that is emitted. So after remembering that 970s have been known for having coil whine issues I swapped out my 970 for my old 670. The sound still persisted under load. I then swapped out my PSU (HX 850) for my old PSU (HX 750) and the sound continued. Using both my old PSU and GPU together, the sound still existed.

I then updated the firmware to my H100i after reading that old firmware can cause issues with the pump making noise and the sound was still being emitted. I also tried connecting the radiator's fans to the motherboard instead of the cooler's head and still no luck. The only thing that I can not swap out at the moment is my motherboard because I do not have a spare X99 on hand.

I am currently at a loss, the sound seems to be coming from the PSU but what is confusing is that the old PSU is making the same noise while in the new computer when it NEVER made the noise in my old PC. I will link a video that plays the sound. The beginning is at my desktop then the noise starts when I tab into CSGO.

I appreciate any help or advice.

It's a fan for sure. It might be one of the case fans to the corsair cpu cooler. Mine was making the exact same noise and I took the fan off peeled the sticker back and applied one drop of oil on the bearing, wiped the excess off and haven't had the problem since.

I disabled all of the fans one by one until all were off and the noise was still there. The noise also started before the PSU fan kicked in. I put my ear right next to the PSU and the noise is distinctly coming from it. Since my old PSU, which never made a noise before, made a noise in my new PC, I am wondering if my motherboard is not regulating voltage or something properly to the PSUs.
