Question Screeching sound from during computer use on a newer computer

Hello, I have noticed a screeching sound from whichever app is playing audio rarely (which makes it hard to replicate, about two times in the past 2-3 days).
It can happen from games to video and so on.
It is like a micro-stutter but only for audio.
Any ideas what may be causing it or what to be mindful of so it can be prevented in the future?
(All Drivers up to date from the manufacturer's website, temps appear good even under pressure like heavy gaming).

How old is the PSU in your build? A lot of people come around here stating that they have the latest, for the sake of this thread, can you state what BIOS version you're on at the time of writing? As for your OS, if you're on Windows 10, what version(not edition) of the OS are you on?

Windows 10 21H2 (build 19044.1526)

PSU was purchased less than 3 years ago.

Bios update: 5861 (its the one before the latest experimental one, so its the last stable one according to the manufacturer)

Please note the issue happens regardless of % CPU or/and GPU usage being maxed or not as well as regardless of temperature fluctuations, in this case, it is only the audio that freezes noticeably for a split second that disrupts the flow of audio.
