Screen appears coloured lines

My monitor screen appears vertical coloured lines today. Is this repairable?

Try updating or just reinstalling the graphics card drivers.

If that doesn't fix it try a new screen.

If that doesn't fix it you need a new graphics card

Even I did not connect to my graphics card , the horizontal lines exist .
Is it really graphics card problem?
