[SOLVED] Screen auto dimming fix?

My screen dims when I watch dark content on my pc and lights when I watch white content.

Power saving is off in power management.
In the nvidia control panel I don't see any brightness settings like adaptive brightness.
Night light is off in windows settings.
Using asus xg248q and rtx2070 super.
