After having updated my GPU driver to 398.36 (currently the latest driver) my screen sometimes turned off and No Signal showed up while gaming and the GPU fan were very loud (running at 100%).I'm not sure about this but have noticed it happened when I used Alt+ Tab to move between windows, sometimes it even happened during gameplay. I'm certain that it wasn't overheating because there were times my PC did it while GPU's temp were 43 and 55 and it wasn't automatic reboot as I tried waiting for the PC to self-reboot but the screen stay black and the PC was just running at normal state so I have to press the Restart button myself.
I have tried DDU to rollback to my previous ones but it's no use. I'm trying a temporary fix that is to underclock my GPU down ~ 15%
Some said it is the PSU couldn't deliver enough power but I'm not sure because there are few people facing the same problem as mine after updated to 398.36

RAM 1x8Gb
CPU: I5 4460
GPU: MSI GTX 1060 6Gb
PSU: 500w
Windows 10 v1709
