Question Screen black sometimes, gpu problem?

Im having a problem with the display I think, but Im not sure what can be the problem. My screen goes black for 1 sec, like when switch resolution or something like that and is random, can't tell exactly when this happens. Idk if the problem is the screen, the cable, the gpu how can I test? need help pls :c
The display is a samsung tv with hdmi, gpu sapphire rx 580 4gb
The gpu is still under warranty so I need to test if the problem is the gpu :c
Btw now im testing with another hdmi cable but I cant pop the problem when I want so idk if the problem is the cable
Pd: I just reinstalled the gpu drivers and the problem persists

CPU Fx 8350
GPU Sapphire Rx 580 4gb nitro+
PSU Gigabyte B700H

I tested with furmark and with the old cable I got random 1 or 2 flashes during the test(idk if the test can do something to the cable to make it flash but was the only way to "try" to reply the problem, anyways the flashes were totally random when I was using my pc)
At the moment with the new cable Im having no problems, tested with furmark again and used normally for 1 hour aprox. previously with the old cable today get like 20 flashes random, before I didn't get too many flashes like today but if u have any way to test or something tell me pls
