Bought a new case for my computer. The computer had no problems at all the begin with. I reassembled the desktop with the new case and now I don't receive any reaction on the display.

1. I tried reseating everything, nothing
2. I tried using the mobo gpu input, nothing
3. I tried using the gpu/mobo gpu with 1 ram stick, nothing
4. I tried using the gpu/mobo gpu with the other ram stick, nothing
5. I tried unplugging every hard drive, nothing

The PC has a mobo speaker and this thing doesn't make a sound. I also never see anything display on the screen, even after changing the source or plugging the monitor in and out.

My next step is to take every part and see which one is not working, but how would I test a mobo or PSU?

I'm assuming the mobo is fried/dead... but that's just my amateur assumption

Alternately you have something not plugged in.

So first confirm that you have properly inserted the motherboard power connector (both of them).
Do you see any LED or lights on the motherboard?

What motherboard is it?

Next step is to confirm that you are not shorting out any circuit on the case, so is the motherboard touching any part of the case that it shouldn't.

Have you connected the case connectors to the motherboard correctly.

Did you remove RAM and CPU from motherboard?

What you can do is take everything out of the case (including PSU) and connect things up on the bench.
If the system powers up and you get some lights or beeps then you know it's the case or the way you installed.

I can't imagine that it stopped working unless you have not connected something or you shorted something.
