Hello and thanks for reading my thread,
I had windows 10 pro, but it was an old version (1808), and I decided today to update to 1909. I did it from the windows settings and after I finished the update, I noticed that when I went to settings or used my desktop it was normal, but when I go to an option in the settings like troubleshoot or something my screen keeps glitching, flickering, and blacking out for a second usually when I move my mouse.
When I press cancel to whatever I opened like troubleshoot or look for key it goes back to normal. Then I noticed there were some parts of the screen that glitched, but it did not really affect anything.
Before the update my screen blacked out for a second once in a while, but I dont think it is because of the screen.
I hope you can help me.
Good day

Try reinstalling your graphic drivers completely

then if it still happens

then check your cables( monitor to graphic card ) ,they might have some loose connection

if that happens after updating windows then
press

win + R button
run box will appear

type
services.msc

then search for windows update

disable it completely and hit apply

and restart your pc

* Try these solutions and see if it works

Goto motherboard website, downloads section and see if there are any updated chipset drivers for audio, Lan, USB, Sata, pcie etc. Windows will often try and replace those drivers as it has a newer 'version' number, but that doesn't always mean it's compatible.

It's like wearing a brand new Nike sneaker on one foot and a older dress shoe on the other. Both shoes, both fit, but at a job interview, well it won't work out well.
