screen blacking out

Sorry if this isn't the right forum category since i have no idea what is the problem. So the screen blacks out for a second and goes back to normal every few minutes or so, and every time that happens i hear the sound when you insert something in the USB port

Sounds like a bad monitor to PC connection somewhere.

Make sure the signal cable is secure at both ends.
Try reseating the graphics card if using add-on GPU (ie remove it and firmly put it back in the slot).
Try a new signal cable, could be a break in the existing one.

Well it stopped for now so, I might do that if the problem appears again
