[SOLVED] Screen blackout when GPU under max power load

the screen blackout at max GPU power load but the rest of the system remain working and I have to restart my PC to make the monitor work again I tested the GPU on a different system and it worked fine under max load I even bought new motherboard and CPU the only thing remaining from my old system is the PSU could it be the problem?
Specs: Intel core I5 9400F
Asrock B365m phantom gaming 4
Gigabyte Nividia Geforce GTX 970 windforce
RAM: Crucial 2X8 GB
PSU: cooler master 500W

Because the GPU works fine in other PC, that means the PSU has problem to handle the gtx970.

1. limit the GPU power with MSI afterburner.
2. Buy other PSU.
