Question Screen blinking when playing games/using apps.

Hello.So the problem is whenever i try playing a game or using an app my display starts blinking.The laptop is relatively new.
My laptop:Lenovo Ideapad 320S-15ABR
Processor :AMD A12-9720P RADEON R7, 12 COMPUTE CORES 4C+8G
Video Card:AMD Radeon R7 M440
Video Card #2 :AMD Radeon R7 Graphics
RAM: 8.00GB
Operating System:Windows 10 Home

In fact I did.It had something to do with power management ,more precisely my battery settings.Turns out my laptop was on best performance only when the charger was plugged in and was on balanced when on battery so i changed every setting on best performance and solved the problem.
