Question Screen blinks randomly when gaming ?

It started 2 days ago, when im on windows doing other stuff, didnt happened. but when im playing games screen randomly blinks and in those blinks i can see my Desktop or other tabs thats open in desktop, also when it blinks the game doesnt register first button press after blink.
so far i did sfc scan and there is no corruption
tried fresh installation of gpu driver (did DDU in safe mode)
completely removed intel dedicated display driver.
tried running games with background apps closed.

Sorry forgot to add you can try process of elimination of open apps. Such as Afterburner, then Norton security etc one by one to see if the problem persists.
Ah... never thought that a security software can be a cause... I disabled norton auto protect and now it stopped blinking. but thats not a fix right, did a system scan and nothing found. turning it back on again to check how it goes.

You can check the settings in Norton to see if there are some automatic settings that enable itself during gameplay and cause the conflict. Also check to see if your games are given permission to access the internet etc.
My Bad... i've re enabled norton auto protection and it didnt blinked, then i did reboot and pc started that blinking again, this time disabling norton auto protect didnt worked, so i tried killing process one at a time and when i killed "LED keeper" it did fixed the blinking, i tried that several times after reboot and the cause was LED keeper, i think its the one of MSI Centre stuff.
