Screen boots up to green screen

The mobo screen appears and then when I have to enter my password to log in, the screen turns a bright green. No combination of keys brings up any kind of menu. Sometimes I am able to log in but only for a few seconds before the green screen appears again. The only way to get rid of it is to turn off the computer but the whole process repeats itself when I restart. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
P.S. I am running Windows 8.1 embedded industry pro
I am using the GIGABYE RADEON R9 380 graphics card

looks like a gpu driver issue to me.if you have onboard graphics,use it and boot to windows.delete your current graphics drivers and download the latest driver for your card.install these drivers and reboot using your r9.

I tried reinstalling the drivers. However, it still boots up to a green screen 🙁

Do you have a spare cable and monitor? If you don't have one, plug the monitor into a spare computer/laptop.

It might not be pc itself.

I tried plugging the cable into a different monitor and the screen still appears green. Is there something wrong with the drivers I installed for my graphics card?

No, its not your drivers. It looks like you have a hardware problem, mate. Is the card still on warranty?

I am still able to return it and get a replacement. I am able to use the graphics card until right after my drivers are finished installing. The green screen appears almost immediately after I download the drivers for the graphics card.

I was able to get a replacement through amazon. It turns out it was a hardware problem. Thank you so much for your help
