Screen changes to a color with stripes

Hi, yesterday I tried launching Hunt: Showdown but after around 10 minutes the screen went like this https://imgur.com/a/TD65HPO with the sound getting stuck/looped. Later on after restarting the pc i tried different games like WoW where i got the same result but after around 45 minutes of playing. The screen also just went straight up black two times. I tried changing my drivers which didn't really help and the temperatures are also fine.

I would lean on the idea that the video card is failing.

I think the easiest way to get more confidence that is the problem, would be to try it in another machine, or try a different card in your machine,
