Screen color problem after Blue screen of death after installing video card drivers

I was installing latest video card drivers when my PC suddenly froze and then a BSOD followed. After getting back, there were noticed discolorations with the colors in the screen but the performance and temps of the video card were still the same. I went through a couple of trouble shooting and found out that it was the video card since the colors would go back to normal when I used my Integrated GPU.

I cleanly reinstalled the graphics drivers but still nothing. The windows aero also started malfunctioning after the BSOD even without the video card drivers installed. If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

What GPU do you have (make/model)?

Gtx 750 ti Palit. Im playing right now and It's hard to notice any discolorations in graphics but its clearly seen in other things like the picture above

Update: The problem disappears if I use the raw driver that comes as you seat your video card and plug your monitor to it. But after I Install the one of the 3 latest drivers, the problem comes back. Is it safe to conclude that the problem is not hardware related?

The raw drivers are drivers from Microsoft that may not give full functionality to your GPU. Are you using the drivers from NVIDIA? http://www.geforce.com/drivers
