screen coloring problems

i just installed a new gpu evga GTX 760 4g acx.(i have 650w cpu intel i5 and 8gb ram) well i really don't know how to explain this but the programs just move really slow. like with some lag and they look kinda weird . its like i hadn't installed the drivers. and i did from the site. the display it shows just looks weird from what i had before. (resolution is ok i fixed that up)

ajust desktop size and position you see that black line in the bottom of the screen and what is under the withe flag in the toolbar you have a system error there .

that error is that i dont have an antivirus. and what im trying to say is that the display, like not the res, res is fine but the display looks like when u dont have the drivers installed

if they where no nvidia driver on your system you would not have the control panel . what you have if you look under control panel peripheral and graphic .
