This is my build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/S0ul-E4t3r/saved/mp4LrH
But I've been having issues with the screen. Thinking the GPU was broken I've sent it on an RMA and a replacement is coming soon.
Since I can't use my screen right now I've been using a 900p VGA screen as a replacement.

But after experimenting with my screen, I found I could extend my laptop display to it with a HDMI cable. This means my Screen isn't broken and works fine.....
So then how come I can't connect this screen to my actual PC with HDMI?
I used both HDMI and DVI cables but the Screen says "no signal".

Any idea what might be my problem? Do I need to replace my motherboard or just wait for my GPU to be replaced?

Solution
Sounds like a gpu issue. I would try to enable iGPU in the bios and see if you get a signal. If you do, then it's definitely your video card.

Yeah I replaced my video card, the new one works just fine.
