Screen cuts to blue or blue and white lines

I don't know why it's doing this but it is. It did this once a couple of days ago and then today just a couple of minutes ago.
I just got a new 2TB HDD and got a new R9 270X

My other specs are an MSI G46 970a MOBO, a FX6300 processor, 8GB of RAM, and a 550W
thermaltake bronze 80+ psu.

It even black screens but no matter what it does I can still here sound and what not in the background. It's really frustrating.
