Screen darkens when watching certain videos.

Hello, after i upgraded to Windows 10, i discovered that the screen (i don't think it's the TV) darkens and slows a little bit when watching movies. One thing for sure is on Youtube while watching on 1080p HD. When i switch to a much lower quality like 144p, it goes back to where it was, as the screen brightens and the mouse latency recovers.
I would be glad to know if this is an internl problem and not something that comes from sites and so on. Looking forward to your replies!

-Intel i7 5280K
-64 GB RAM
-EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti SC GAMING ACX 2.0+ 6GB DDR5 384-bit
-ASRock X99 Extreme6/3.1

Have you checked that you have latest lan drivers?

Does it only happen in Youtube videos, doesn't effect games or anything else?

Unfortunately the brightness is not the problem. Other locations where it occurs are some ads referring to Metin2 that seemed to change the screen by lowering the brightness and mouse's latency. I can only see it as a ''mode'' or something. As for the lan drivers i wil check on that too. Thanks for the reply!

I would run Driver Booster and check what it can find as there should be new Intel drivers by now. I know there is a newer Realtech HD Audio driver than what they list

Your problem could be caused by any driver, even one seemingly not associated with problem

I think i finally found the solution. The ''problem'' was actually a Scene Mode for TV, after i switched it to Graphics it didn't change my screen anymore.
