[SOLVED] Screen Dim on Max Brightness

Hi,
I've got a strange problem with my Huawei P30 lite.
My screen is dim even though I've got it set to max brightness, at first I thought It was the auto brightness but I've turned it off, I've tried every thing I can think of at this point.

such as:
Checking power settings
Turning auto brightness off
Factory reseted the phone (factory and Full)
Cleared cache

All I can think of at this point is that it might be an hardware problem
If anyone can help me out I'll be grateful cheers.

Same problem low or full battery also stays dim even when pluged in charging or running from battery.

From Huawei Support:

"If the screen brightness does not increase or the screen is still noticeably darker than other phones, back up your data and take your device and the proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance".
