Question Screen Dimming On It's Own ?

Some sites the screen gets brighter, and on some it dims.

I've changed my power plan to high performance etc but no luck/

OS is windows 10

I'm not using a laptop thanks

Also, when I log out, the screen turns off after 2 minutes even though i've set it to never turn off :?

Check the monitor settings via the OSD. See if there is some sort of automatic brightness/ambient light setting.

Nope nothing. It never did it on Linux, just W10
