Question Screen dims and brightens randomly. Is my gpu damaged?

it started a week after my pc fell

it can be a "Dynamic Contrast" setting causing these types of issues.
make sure your display's OSD menu doesn't have any type setting in place.

also be sure your GPU is using a standard color/contrast setting in either Nvidia Control Panel or AMD Adrenaline, depending on card manufacturer.

always list your COMPLETE system specs when requesting help on computer forums.

I checked my monitor settings and i dont see anything

looks like you may just be paying some local shop to diagnose for you.
