The displays dont fit on my screen. How do i change this?

Just right click on the desktop and select "screen resolution," assuming you're using Windows. I know this works in Win7; if it doesn't work in whatever version you're in, try likely screen options in the control panel.
If you don't think you can figure out what resolution is native to your monitor by trial and error (and no offense, but if you don't know how to change your basic preferences then that might be a problem) try to look up the model of your monitor and find what resolution fits it.
