Screen fitting

my screen isnt fitted to my screen right. What do i do to reset it, because i was using amd vision crapware and it (i think) screwed up my screen and no matter what i do it wont go back 🙁

Check the refresh rate, then try to stretch the screen back into place using the monitor controls.
