Hello, I am having a problem with my new PC when gaming and watching videos. The title explains the problem basically.. Either monitor 1 (the gaming monitor, 1440p 144hz dell monitor) turns off and on with a violent static, or monitor 2 (the TV monitor, 4k HDR samsung 60 hz) causes youtube to freeze to the point where I get an error message. My setup is pretty decent:
MSI branded Nvidia 1080 ti
Intel i7-8700k
32gb G.skill tridentZ ram @ 3200
ASUS PRIME z370-P motherboard
EVGA Supernova 750W G3, 80 Plus Gold, Fully Modular
I have the CPU on an AIO h100i V2. Temps range from 30c idle to 60c when the crashing occurs. GPU tends to maintain 50-70c throughout all usage. I have not been OC anything because the system seems unstable under stock load. I am hoping it isn't the motherboard affecting power draw to the CPU because it would be a pain to unplug everything and plug it all back into a new motherboard. But I am up to do any suggestions so that I can fix this issue. Thanks!
