Question Screen flashing red green blue white

Hello,

I just bought a new graphics card 2080 ti aorus and the moment I boot the PC up, before entering bios, my screen starts changing colors from black/white/red/green/blue. I can't get into any menu or anything.

Motherboard is a z390aorus ultra and I have a 650W power supply. Windows 10

I haven't updated or installed any drivers yet.

Any recommendations?

Sounds like your Monitor is stuck in diagnostics mode. This is a mode used to check for stuck/dead pixels.

Is it a dell? If so, pull the monitor plug, wait 30 seconds, and then reinsert the plug. Try booting again.

Same thing keeps happening, I unplugged everything, plugged it again after a minute, rebooted a couple of times. Nothing changed.

The screen is from some korean company QNIX QX2710 Evolution II
