Screen flicker

Hello,
on my 2 year old toshiba laptop runnng windows xp pro my screen starts to flicker for first 3 minutes ansd then stops

Sounds like a back lighting issue...
If you have warranty then get it in there NOW!!!!
If not, then I would look at getting a replacement set of ccfl tubes and regulator.
