Screen flickered during driver install and now card does not work.

While my friend was installing new drivers on his computer, the screen started violently flickering and he decided to restart his PC [video="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xPHhFtg28CA"][/video]. After restarting, everything seemed to be normal until his PC froze during our game and he got a Video Scheduler BSOD. After the next restart the computer refuses to display anything through the GPU, and starting the PC will not show any mobo startup screen. We managed to find a workaround by switching the HDMI cable to the motherboard from the GPU and then switching the BIOS display output from PCIe 1 to IGFX. Once we got visuals on the monitor, we went into device manager and the card had the error code 43.

So far, we have tried uninstalling the drivers using DDU in safe mode and reinstalling but the card would still output no signal to the monitor, switching PCIe ports, and switching HDMI slots.
