Screen Flickering Black

So every time I'm on my PC, it starts flickering to black and then back to normal occasionally. It's really starting to annoy me since I've changed my HDMI multiple times and have changed my power supply multiple times too. I have also tried a range of solutions such as changing the refresh rate and that didn't work, I have also tried uninstalling my drivers, updating my drivers, downgrading my drivers etc. I have tried everything. Can someone help me out here?

AMD Athlon II X2 250 3.00GHz
4 GB Ram
Windows 8 Ultimate 64 bit
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 (Non-Ti)
600W PSU

Have you tried a known working monitor?

My monitor is actually a TV where I plug my HDMI in. It works with things like my PlayStation or Xbox and it doesn't flicker but it only flickers with my PC.
