Started using an AMD fx-8300 recently.Upgraded from AMD Athlon x2 250.

After the cpu hits 70 degrees while gaming, i noticed that when i open up my desktop screen, there seems to be a minor flickering.

It isn't bad enough to ruin your experience but i sense that there is something wrong with this.

If this is about overheat,i can easily solve this, but since screen flickers when doing hard work it can be a problem about my psu sufficiency

So im wondering if this is about my CPU's overheat,or lack of energy from my power supply ?

Thanks

did you change the cooler and put thermal paste on?

and full system spec? include make and model of the psu

Yeah, i changed the thermal paste, but im using the stock fan of my old cpu right now, and sadly there aren't any label or any kind of clue of my psu's specs
